You may cancel your booking by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation will be confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us. Please refer to the refund rules below for any advance payment refunds.
Eco Cab reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of force majeure, vehicle unavailability, or breach of Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any advance payment will be refunded as per this policy.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
